Charge-backs Policy: Charge-backs happen when a customer decides to deny payment to their credit card issuer after they have used a provider services.
- If an affiliates traffic generates a higher charge-back rate than normal we will, at first, do our best to work together to adjust the affiliate advertising methods. If adjustments do not help results, we may have to stop accepting traffic from this affiliate in order to keep our merchants account in good standing.
- If a customer decides to revert a transaction we will subtract the minutes in the affiliate account.

Spam Policy : No spam, fraudulent traffic, illegal stuff etc. These accounts will be terminated and commissions forfeited. Affiliates who are unsure if their advertising method is allowed just need to email us and ask our opinion before proceeding.
